The Repour Rants: Let's Talk or Let's Attack

Here at the Repour we enjoy reading the other gossip sites to see what story’s they have written. With Blogtv being such a large platform it would be near impossible to keep up with all the happenings. One of the more trafficked sites, Let’s Talk Blogtv, seems to be unrelentless in their articles attacking Blogtv over a myriad of issues. The site complained and attempted to stir up the “Great Pedophiles are taking over Blogtv fiasco of 2008” and in response to this and other complaints Blogtv created Blogtv Jr. The site attacks Blogtv over what they say are slipping users, when in fact Let’s Talk looks at user numbers at a time of the day they would be at their lowest. And now the latest in sins from Blogtv, according to Let’s Talk, the policing of “petty harassment” will be left to Blogtv users and no longer the mods of Blogtv. Instead the mods will now be keeping an eye out for new talent and help to promote the talent. Seriously, is this really a problem; Blogtv users understand how to kick and ban disruptive people from their shows. Blogtv users quickly find out having good ops in your show will really help police your show. This is just another in a line of overblown issues Let’s Talk wants to bring up. Wow Blogtv broadcasters can’t go cry to the teacher anymore, when the entire time they had the power to fix the problem their self. Please, writers of Let’s Talk, quit making mountains out of mole hills.
